Our regular readers might be interested to know that the 38 Victoria Street, Potts Point property we have been tracking since October 2008 just sold for $3.1 million – a far cry from the $3.95 million price tag the Grantham bound vendor advertised in November 2008.
Further evidence of an overpriced Sydney prestige property being punished in a buyers’ market.
