Our managing director and licensee in charge, Chris Curtis is an Australian lawyer and former Australian legal practitioner. He has been a full time Sydney buyers agent and buyers advocate since 2007.

Prior to establishing Curtis Associates, Chris practised for more than 16 years as a barrister in high level property, commercial, finance and building law. Chris left the law to become a Division Director of Macquarie Bank responsible for conceiving and developing managed investment schemes in prestige real estate markets around Australia.

He later became the Sydney representative for a Melbourne based firm of buyers’ advocates and property consultants credited with being the first buyers' agency in Australia.

In those capacities Chris learnt all about the so called "tricks" of the real estate trade.

Chris has over twenty years experience as a buyer and developer of residential, commercial, investment and hospitality properties. His speciality is prestige residential property. He combines the vision and lateral thinking of a successful property buyer and developer with the analytical skills of an investment banker and senior lawyer.
