You may already have found the property and require our services to buy it on your behalf whether by private treaty or at auction. In this case, our services, acting as property buyers' agents, include:

• Inspecting the property.
• Market research and due diligence including use of our extensive and well maintained library of hard copy and on line reports, newsletters and publications to reduce risk and determine an accurate price range to save you from paying too much or from the frustrations of being an under bidder. We meet and work with you to understand your requirements. If we feel the property is not right, we will recommend against it.
