This is our full suite of services as property buyers' agents and includes:

We meet and work with you to prepare a detailed brief clearly defining your buying criteria.

extensive and prompt searches of appropriate current listings and leverage
our range of property buyers' agents' contacts for any off-market opportunities. We will also canvass your preferred street and suburb if required.

Inspecting and short listing properties
saving you valuable time, disappointment and frustration.

Market research and due diligence
including use of our extensive and well maintained library of hard
copy and on line reports, newsletters and publications to reduce risk
and determine an accurate price range to save you from paying too much
or from the frustrations of being an under bidder.

Liaising regularly with external associates
and advisors including solicitors, conveyancers, building
and pest inspectors, builders, engineers, town planners, quantity
surveyors, property managers, financial advisors, mortage brokers, tax consultants and architects as required.

including digital photographs and the results of our market research

Devising purchasing strategies to
give you control with the objective of saving you more than we cost
