The role:

Rigorous and diverse on line and other research into properties for acquisition under the direction of the MD, another buyers’ agent and in conjunction with other analysts and researchers.

Who we are seeking

A confident and ideally, degree qualified person with outstanding presentation, strong work ethic and at least two years research or analytics experience in a top tier property development, finance, property REIT, planning or valuation environment and who possesses:

• advanced MS Office Suite and Excel competency excellent oral and written communication skills
• a thorough knowledge of suburbs in Greater Sydney
• an understanding of relevant planning controls, new/proposed infrastructure projects as well as Planned Precincts and Growth Areas
• an outgoing and confident personality  comfortable with conducting pre settlement inspections, assisting at auctions and conducting  in field interviews
• strict punctuality and reliability
• a current driver’s licence and has use of a vehicle (allowance paid)
• honesty and stability as well as a strong appreciation of the need for confidentiality
• a keen eye for detail coupled with an analytical mind and highly proficient on line research skills
• an ability to work autonomously, including from home as well as outside of business hours  and to deadlines
• a passion for real estate and
• a sense of humour.
