The communication and management of expectations was excellent, and the patience unmatched, which all paid off in the end with a great buy. Lastly, what was probably most impressive was that even though we were buying in what is essentially entry level in the Eastern Suburbs market, we were still provided with a great service and treated as how I would imagine a client purchasing in the high end of the Sydney market would be treated.”
